ASSESSMENTS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED FOR TODAY, SATURDAY 1-12-19!

Unfortunately after much effort to get the fields ready today we will be unable to hold assessments.

For those that were told to come back today at 11:00 and 2:00 this has now been CANCELLED.

Assessments for MINOR B, MINOR A and MAJORS are now cancelled due to field conditions.Please watch your emails for an update on new date and time.

Assessment times are as follows:
Minor B: TBD
Minor A: TBD
Majors: TBD

If you have NOT completed Residency/Age verification we WILL be at the fields today to complete until Noon.

All Divisions (except Challenger) must complete Residency and Age verification:
Tball, Single A, Minor B, Minor A, Majors, Intermediate and Juniors

Residency/School verification will occur during our assessment dates from 8:00AM-12:00PM.

All players must be verified to ensure they are within ELL boundary and meet Age requirements.

Note: Players will not be able to practice or be placed on a team until this is completed.

Documents Needed for Residency/Age Verification:

We will need ONE document from each of the following three categories to verify Residence (or school waiver if using for in boundary) as well as the player’s “ORIGINAL” birth certificate (we CAN’T accept a passport, Military ID or copy of the birth cert. in lieu of ORIGINAL birth cert.):

Category ONE (must show address used to register)
1. Driver’s License 2. School records 3. Vehicle records (i.e.,registration, lease, etc.) 4. Employment records 5. Insurance documents
Category TWO (must show address used to register)
1. Welfare/child care records 2. Federal records (i.e. Federal Tax, Social Security -not SSN Card), etc.) 3. State records 4. Local (municipal) records 5. Support payment records 6. Homeowner or tenant records 7. Military records
Category THREE (must show address used to register)
1. Voter’s Registration 2. Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/ sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal) 3. Financial records (i.e. loan, credit, investments, etc.) 4. Medical records 5. Internet, cable, or satellite record

NOTE: Example – Three documents from the same Category (utility bill, cable bill, and bank statement) constitute only ONE document.

Lastly, please print and complete the Medical Release Form and bring it with you to Residency verification. Link is below:
