CALL FOR SPRING 2019 MANAGERS
Anyone interested in managing a team for the upcoming 2019 Spring season should submit
their interest along with the Volunteer form and Manager questionnaire in an email to
Applicants must submit all required documents no later than November 30, 2018.
Anyone who submits AFTER NOV 30, 2018, will NOT be considered for a manager position.
**The only exception is if we do not receive enough candidates in a division, then the date for that specific division will be extended.
Candidates must fully complete all questions on the manager questionnaire (attached to announcement) and the 2019 Little League Volunteer Application (See Forms and Downloads section).

Prior to the interview and selection process, on December 1, 2018 there will be a Manager/Coaching clinic that each applicant is recommended to attend.
Each ELL Division Manager Selection Committee will review potential candidates answers to the questionnaire.
A candidate who misses their interview time slot will automatically be disqualified. The following is the step by step process that the Manager Selection Committee will follow:
1.Review applicants’ background and questionnaire.
2. Rank candidates based on the questionnaire and the interview. The final order will be based on the the committee’s assessment upon considering the questionnaire and the interview.
3.Present Manager List to President
4. President will submit Manager List to BOD for approval of managers at BOD meeting on December 11, 2018.
Managers will be notified upon approval of the BOD via email.
